Abstract :
Evaluation method of parameter estimation needs to be improved effectively with the advance of science and technology. This paper introduces a new method, named one-sided M-Bayesian credible limit method, to estimate reliability parameters. It is especially suitable for situations of high reliability or zero-failure data. The definition, properties and expressions of the one-sided M-Bayesian credible limits are proposed. A application example is also discussed. Through the example the efficiency and easiness of operation of this method are commended.
