Abstract :
Currently, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Routing is still manually. Algorithm auto-routing function in design tool has been widely studied in related work; however, PCB routing problem become more challenging. The boundary pins package are usually used in PCB design. In this work, we study the problem issue of boundary pins routing problem, escape routing, shortest path routing and proposes new technique for escape routing guideline in the boundary pins routing problem. That is called Set Sequence (SS) technique. The SS technique is ordering relationship of each pin connection, further plan the better trace routing and resource for the limited board layers. This paper, show that able to utilize guideline routing form SS technique and solve pin connection problem before routing. Our technique are workable for few complexity number of pins as well.
