Abstract :
This paper presents our design concept in implementing an end-user tailor able synchronous groupware for software engineering in the design phase. Users are provided with the power to define their own collaboration environment according to the momentary requirements of the interaction. Since end-users have the power to shape their collaboration environment, we dedicated a large portion of our requirement analysis on the human- interaction aspect of software engineering in the design phase.
