Abstract
The reception of digital terrestrial signals is more critical compared with other standards. In this paper we present the design of a true three-band-tuner using a high integrated solution (single chip tuner, MOPLL-IC). The presented evaluation of this design considers analogue (IP2, IP3, noise figure, etc.) as well as digital (bit error rate, BER) measurement parameters. The shown design is able to handle OFDM, VSB, QAM and analogue signals with good performance.
