Abstract :
A novel single drive electrode method is adopted in the electricity tomography (ERT). Based on this new drive method, the model of field distribution is established and the back-projection (BP) algorithm based on electric lines of force for single drive electricity method is also proposed. This new algorithm is evaluated with simulation data and compared with the conventional back-projection algorithm in the adjacent exciting method. The reconstruction images of several typical medium distributions show the validity of the proposed algorithms
