Abstract
The principal benefit of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development is multi-tenancy service. In fact, even if SaaS users realize their goals for use of multi-tenancy-reducing costs and sharing resources-there is still another difficult issue to be addressed: how to meet the varied requirements of a large number of tenants´ within a single maintenance framework. In this paper, we propose a multi-tenancy meta-model framework, designed to support different services for multiple tenants. We also present an ontology model, based on our meta-model, with its interchange methods between the two model types. We also describe the framework for our prototype through two scenarios that illustrate the meta-model feasibility. We explain the realizability of our approaches by adding individual RDF(Resource Description Framework) examples that come from the two scenarios.
