Abstract :
The authors of [1] are to be commended for presenting an interesting approach for managing the charging of electric vehicles (EVs) through distribution locational marginal prices (DLMPs) with the aim of congestion management. A coordinated mechanism is proposed between the distribution system operator (DSO) and EV aggregators, and its feasibility proved based on the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions. However, the discussers have the following comments and would appreciate the authors´ response.
