  • Abstract
    A new method has been developed to correlate acoustical spectral parameters and histology at a microscopic scale. The local acoustical parameters of a section of 250 μm thickness are correlated to histological parameters of an adjacent section of 10 μm thickness. These methods were tested on White New Zealander Rabbit liver. Scanning acoustic microscopy and light microscope measurements are presented
