Abstract :
To remove remote cloud block in sensing image, this paper analyze thin cloud imaging mechanism, induct gray scale morphological opening and closing operation and contrast expansion based on the principle of the traditional homomorphism filtering in order to reserve the maximum surface information, enhance the remote sensing image clarity and detail, while eliminating cloud effects. The experiments use the original remote sensing cloud image. Analysis and comparison, whether by visual evaluation or statistical evaluation, show that the improved method is feasible and effective for cloud removal.
