Abstract :
Summary form only given. Polymeric complexes of Si (IV) with tetrathiazyl dihydrofluoride have been prepared under normal conditions and at pressure 1.725 x 10/sup 5/ dyn/cm/sup 2/ and at 373 k. The results are supported by the characteristic IR, UV, EPR and XRD analysis. It has been found that polymers are semiconductive in nature.
