Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
With the development of sensor technology and the number of sensors increasing, from a single visible light patterns into multi-sensor mode, accumulation and application of spatial data constantly expanding and access to remote sensing satellites technology and the close integration of resources and environment and Earth system science, etc. new demands on remote sensing applications and handle is put forward, especially to meet the time-demanding task. The traditional processing model can not meet the requirements, but “natural model” based on bio-physical inversion model response to new development about the remote sensing application of intelligent methods of dealing, and provide a new opportunity for address some problems in image processing. Genetic algorithms with rich dynamic features applied to remote sensing image processing and analysis, not only can get high efficiency and simple and easy operation and general and other features, but has broad application prospects.
