Abstract :
Summary form only given. The mechanism of the synthesis the soluble polyaniline in the presence of sulphonic acid with bulk substituent was explored by ESR spectroscopy method. In the course of reaction the appearance and growth of ESR signal take place. In the absence of oxygen the growth of intensity is accompanied by line-width narrowing from 0,8 to 0,6 G. The line is of approximately Lorentzian shape (90%). Taking into account that the process takes place without solid state formation, the line narrowing in the course of polymerization and Lorentzian-shape line indicate the growth of spin-spin interaction may be due to chain elongation and transition from pernigraniline to emeraldine salt structure.
