Abstract :
Previous work presented calculation by the R-function. method of created self-oscillator photoreceiver devices on the base of multiplier photocell, built-in to the semi-coaxial resonator with the range of frequencies from 100 to 1000 MHz. GOI photodetector devices were designed on the base of avalanche photodiode with microwave frequency 200 MHz for precision laser rangefinder systems In this work boundary value problem for the biconical resonator eigentones definition which consists from the cylindrical part and two frustum of the cones, generatrix, which makes an angle θ with an axis z is considered
