  • Abstract
    Early warning system which provides scientific and effective support for management and control is essential to guide the company management. In this paper, I present the modeling process of early warning model which is created by the through providing immediate forecast for part of key indicators by using the scientific forecasting methods. The method of early procedure and warning are discussed in this paper.
