Abstract
The competitive growth of the Russian Federation on global markets is in direct relation with high-qualified personnel who is capable to generate and actualize innovations. The staff is to be able not only to produce new knowledge, but also use it dealing with modern complex technical devices. Engineering education has become a test-bench which new models of modern specialist training are born and tested on.
