Abstract
Summary form only given. Copolymers have been synthesized by electrochemical oxidation of thionaphtheneindole/dithienopyrrole (TNI/DTP) and thionaphtheneindole/dithienothiophene (TNI/DTT) mixtures in acetonitrile. The electrical and morphological characteristics of these copolymers cannot be explained on the basis of a simple combination of the properties of the individual omopolymers, but can be referred to quite new materials and depend on the ratio of the two components in the copolymer. In particular, this ratio influences the structural regularity of the polymer chain and the presence of crosslinked structures which can affect the electrical conductivity and the adhesivity of the polymer film on the electrode.
