Abstract :
The professional qualifications are the attributes obtained by an individual to the development or improvement of skills in order to perform their tasks in the best way. Its main goal is the incorporation of theoretical knowledge, technical and operational services to the production of goods and services, through educational processes developed in several instances (schools, unions, companies, associations). Particularly, the professional qualification is an important supplement of engineers´ formal education. Continuing education for professional qualification is responsible for the improvement of skills that contribute to confronting the present world challenges. Within this context, the Construction Community of Recife city in Brazil, coordinated by the Brazilian Association of Portland Cement (ABCP), providing construction companies the monitoring building construction processes through the Program Performance Indicators or PROGRIDE, with standardized methodology for conducting the results benchmarking. This paper aims to show the conception, the development and the implementation of the performance indicators on constructive technologies cement-based program. The methodology considered the establishment of standard indicators, the structuring and implementation of the program and the analysis of the results. As a contribution, it stresses the dissemination of knowledge to the members of the Construction Community and other professionals that may be interested.
