Abstract :
Modern technology is facing various difficulties for optimizing PV solar cell´s efficiency. In this critical stage the cardinal intention of this paper is to improve a solar cell which is reasonably potential. Basically the paper trade with a new-fashioned entrance to manipulate an effective hetero junction GaAs solar cell using several doping concentration and examine the highest efficiency that can be obtained. Here, a specific method has been ascertained with the help of some device simulator software to utilize the virtually designed feature of GaAs solar cell. Thereby, observed the foremost execution of the solar device in several concentrations with the support of their fill factor and efficiency.
