Experience in the development of creative abilities in the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development The University of Georgia (USA) is demonstrated. The content of educational cluster based on conception of Mental Integrative Metasystemic Innovative Methodology (MIMIM) is presented. The basic elements of methodology and technology of creativity with new sense are presented.
