Abstract :
The propagation studies relevant to the technical bases needed for the World Administrative Radio Conference, WARC-ORB 88, are summarized, and mention is made of the CCIR international and national machinery that has facilitated achieving the necessary agreement on prediction procedures. The need for further activity in some areas is noted and suggestions offered as to how the component parts of the national and international radiocommunications community might expedite progress
