Abstract :
An 11 Gb/s low-power millimeter-wave end-to-end solution for short-range wireless intra-connect with an active footprint of 0.13 mm2 per channel is demonstrated. Implemented in 40 nm CMOS, the 60 GHz transmitter and the injection-locked receiver achieve coherent transmission with BER of 10-11 over a distance of 14 mm.
