  • Abstract
Total supply chain management has increasingly become a huge enterprise. In order to integrate all the manufacturing flows and to increase the overall operation performance, an appropriate solution is need for business operation integration. Total supply chain management was introduced as the solution and the ATS advanced planning and scheduling system (APS) plays as a sub-project of this total SCM project. In this paper, we describe how we design and establish the ATS APS. Based on this manufactory-planning model, we can link ATS to the total supply chain management model, lower the cost of production, reduce the planning cycle time and improve the shipping due date for factories.
