Abstract :
Cyclone is a new proposed cryptosystem, uses a secret key, its length varying between only one character up to 4096 characters. Secret key is expanded using a key-rotor to two expanded keys, 1st expanded key is 4096 characters length, and 2nd expanded key is 16384 characters length. Cyclone consists of sixteen rounds. Each round uses a rotor of 256 cylinders, each cylinder consists of 223 elements, and those are arranged using 1st expanded key. Each rotor is rotated vertically after each encryption process. The sixteen rotors cylinders´ positions-256 address-is considered as another rotor of 16 cylinders each cylinders consists of 256 elements, those cylinders are arranged using 2nd expanded key, and rotated horizontally after each encryption process. So cyclone is considered as two-dimensional rotating rotor, rotates vertically and horizontally
