Abstract :
This paper studies the problem of multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation under the uncertain information, i.e., the criteria values are given in the forms of linguistic fuzzy numbers. The method of transforming the linguistic fuzzy numbers into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is given, and a new multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation model is presented based on an optimization method of deviation degree. Therefore, a novel and effective way is obtained to solve the decision problem of multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation under the uncertain information.
