Abstract
The method and results obtained with a dedicated computer package for visualizing the electroencephalogram (EEG) in state space are presented. Dynamics of the nonlinear system (the brain mechanisms) that produced the EEG can be reconstructed from a sampled version of the signal. The display may prove useful in characterizing clinically significant features such as spikes and seizures. Examples are presented
