  • Abstract
Pulse vaccination is an important strategy which can eliminate epidemic. Nowadays studied focus on the latent and immunity period of epidemic, which can reflected by the epidemic model with the time-delay system. Using this principle of pulsed optimization to analyse SEIR epidemic model with latent period. It can achieve the target of controlling infectious disease via optimization the number and time of vaccination susceptible populations. The results show that the method is effective and has potential applicable value.
