Abstract :
In this paper, a low-cost-ZVS-Class-E converter using PT to replace conventional LCC resonant tank has been proposed. The main contributions are as the follows: (1) The behaviors of proposed Class-E converter have been investigated; (2) Some basic information of the proposed circuit is provided by using PSPICE; (3) The experiment results show that PWM or varying frequency controlling approach or both can be taken in order to regulate the output voltage and the maximum efficiency is about 85%.
