Abstract
Summary form only given. The title matrial shows an interesting phase transition; a 1st order Metal Insulator transition without super-lattice reflection and magnetic ordering. We propose that this results from the Peierls transition in thin, absence of the ordinary nesting due to a particular band structure. Results of detaled studies of temperature and magnetic field dependence will be presented.
