Abstract
Summary form only given. In this note we report our recent results on photoconducting properties of C/sub 60/ thin films. The photocurrent naximum at about 710 nm, observed previously on a 0.7 /spl mu/m-thich films [1], broadens or disappears in thinner samples. Antibatic behaviour of the photocurrent with absorption spectium becomes less pronounced and transition to symbatic behaviour can be observed in the short wavelength region of the absorption spectrum. The results are discussed in terms of physical and chemical defects-induced modifications of charge photogeneration processes.
