Investigation of Occupation Female Sports in Henan Province

Women´s occupational groups on one hand have to work hard, on the other hand they have to care about kids and do housework. Both of pressures are burdened by them whose exercises in sports are neglected by the society. According to the study which is found by documentary analysis method and questionnaire survey method, the professional women in Henan is 17.70%, which is far lower than the lower proportion of sports population in China. And meanwhile there exists an outstanding difference between different ages and different education backgrounds. The proportion in older professional women of sports population is highest among all the ages. The proportion of sports women who have the college or bachelor degrees is obviously higher than those who haven´t degrees or post graduate degrees. So the sports departments in a government and institutions should pay attention and encourage women to take part in sports and offer more conditions and opportunities for exercises for the increasing of the growth of the proportion of professional women´s population in Henan.
