Abstract :
A short summary is presented of a computer (with VTR camera) image processing system and database. The system can extract the animation contour diagram and stick diagram of a moving human body and provide a data list showing position displacement and angular variation. The system makes human body motion analysis more accurate and convenient. It has been used in sport analysis and can also be used in other fields, such as orthopaedics, ergonomics, medicine, and psychology
