Abstract :
According to the traditional method, fabriquer array of silicon. However, Field emission properties of Prepared silicon array is poor, because of shielding effect. I graph the silicon wafer by polystyrene spheres (PSs) to cut down shielding effect. in addition, Graphic array will be more beautiful. Graphic array Contains also more information. besides, Coating other materials on Graphic array, such as cnt, which is better.
