  • Abstract
In order to solve the non-contact three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine accuracy calibration problem, a device used to verify the standard model of non-contact three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine. The technical solution adopted is the isosceles triangle layout of three same height plinth set the composite benchmark testing body, rod and frustum of a cone is measured to object geometric parameters and the corresponding mathematical model of the geometry parameters which will be measured based on the collection and calculation of the spatial coordinates to the verification of the accuracy. The device structure is simple and easy to carry, easy to measure and operation, high accuracy check. Experimental results show that the system can automatically complete the fast measuring machine precision calibration.
