  • Abstract
    Dynamic specifications for ADCs are very important in high-speed applications such as digital communications, ultrasound imaging, instrumentation, and IF digitization. How to measure dynamic and static parameters of ADC accurately and efficiently is most crucial for high-speed data converters. The ADC static and dynamic parameters testing theory is presented, and a description of the hardware environment and software system is given in detail. Measurement using FFT based on Matlab is also discussed. This system has been applied to test the ADC of SCM530101 from Silan Microelectronics Ltd.
