Abstract :
The paper describes the Animated Space Motion Simulator (ASMOS) and how it can be used to enhance one´s understanding of spacecraft attitude motion. ASMOS is a window based program that has been developed for the Macintosh personal computer. The program simulates general rigid body motion and uses animated 3D graphics to provide insight into spacecraft attitude motion. ASMOS is simple and easy to use and is ideal for educational use
