Abstract :
This builds terminal operations evaluation module for China coast guard ship simulator by VC++6.0. The evaluation index weight is calculated by Vector similarity, the ship is separated into the various points and berths are separated into polygons and the distance is calculated numerically between berths and ships. A model of evaluation of environmental factors is constructed on the basis of the establishment of single-factor model. According to the design, The captain of China coast guard ship done the ship terminal simulation training in the simulator. Ship terminal evaluation is established based on the establishment of the assessment model and the final evaluation results are obtained.
