Abstract :
The features of density estimation of obstacle nonlinear scatterers (NS), based on "metal-oxide-metal" structures with the system of preliminary nonlinear sounding (SPNS), are considered. The expediency of usage for SPNS as a probing signal of the additive combination of the component of phase-modulated (FM) signal and "white" Gaussian noise is shown. We also show that the presence of features of the probing signal transformation by obstacle NS SPNS allows making density estimation of the present obstacle nonlinear scatterers in the investigated by nonlinear radars space.
