Abstract :
The microwave generator, which consists of an exciter and a resonator chamber with Gunn diode 3A750G or 3A762G installed in it, is described. Circuit solution of the stabilization system of the excitation voltage of the Gunn diode has allowed minimizing the influence of a change of destabilizing factors on the characteristics of the generator.
