Abstract :
At present, simulation technology is indispensable to the development of the switching power supply. High-speed simulator for the switching regulator has been developed, and it has been used widely for the circuit design. However skills and know-how for operating the simulator are necessary, and many experiences and much time should be necessary to master the simulator. These subjects are great obstruction to make use of simulation technology effectively for the circuit designer. Building of the following system is very effective for the solution of this problem. The system automates the simulation process as much as possible, and then designers can get the result simply by inputting the necessary data. However as for the switching power supply, few reports exists about the practical example of the automatic simulation system. In this paper, we report the practical way of building the automatic simulation system of switching regulator, which employs a simulation engine, circuit expert engine and other Web technologies. As the result, the system proposed here was actually built, and that validity was proved.
