Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an extended network model to detect relationships among disease states based on the Five Shu Points model commonly used in traditional oriental medicine. We expand the network model to encompass relationships between disease state and protein expression by using Korean traditional disease codes as a classifier. On the basis of the proposed model, we show that interactions between the Five Shu points can be validated with experimental observations.
