Abstract
The Solar Polar Orbit Telescope (SPORT) mission is proposed to observe the origination and propagation of the interplanetary coronal mass ejections (ICMEs), monitor its long-term behavior and forecast the near earth space weather. A time shared synthetic aperture interferometric radiometer with clock scan is chosen as the main payload instrument to fulfill the objectives. In this paper, the preliminary results of the scan scheme design and the imaging algorithm of clock scan are present. Two scan schemes of co-rotating scan fits for spin-stable satellite platform and contra-rotating scan fits for three-axis stable platform are proposed. Pseudo-polar FFT method is adapted to perform the image reconstruction.
