Abstract :
The relation (1) for description of electric frequency tuning of resonator with avalanche diode in the system "pin with a gap - short with hollow" depending on change of diode voltage is obtained. In order to perform calculations using this relation, it is necessary to keep two experimental values of resonant frequency at two different values of voltage.
