Abstract :
The paper takes the land arrangement project of GuiHua Town Xian´ An District as an example, mainly research on the impact on the ecological environment by the land arrangement projects. With 3S technology, aimed at extracting images from remote sensing information, the GIS-assisted spatial data analysis functions, an econlogical assessment model of land arrangement is formed on the basis of 3S technology.
