Abstract :
The construction of two-stage millimeter-wave orbictron-amplifier, a mathematical model and computational procedures are briefly described. The calculations of two 180Ghz amplifier embodiments including the resonance dimensions of a binary comb are presented. It is shown that the orbictron-amplifier delivers a 10% efficiency with the following parameters the electro-dynamic system loaded Q-factor 800; 3 kV operating voltage; 0.1 A operating current. The device in question is characterized by a 34 dB gain, 16 W output power with an input power of 0.006 W.
