Abstract :
The performance of audio bass reproduction in the automobile cabin is constrained by the space in the cabin itself. However, there is a rising demand for better multimedia experience in the automobile. In this paper we propose a novel system using a multi-frequency active noise equalizer to tune the engine noise. The simulation results show that this system automatically enhances the bass of audio by tuning the engine noise into a useful component of the bass reproduction in the cabin.
