Abstract
In the present paper the experimental and numerical methods combining for quality analyzing and determination of the optimal electron beam (EB) characteristics in TWT systems has been proposed. Potentials, which form EB with the best quality, were determined as well by experimental modeling of the operating modes of the electron gun.
