Abstract :
Optimal modes are identified and the limit parameters of frequency gyroton-multiplier, in which the same signal level is 2–4-fold multiplication of frequency with electronic efficiency more than 79%, are found. The optimal parameters and analysis of output characteristics of two-cascade gyrotons are described.
