Abstract
In order to help the enterprise know about the advantages and disadvantages of its informatization development, a relatively practical evaluation index system of enterprise informatization with calculation methods for each index has been set in this paper, and then it may help the enterprise to enhance its competitive power ultimately, which is the basis for the survival of enterprises nowadays. This index system attempts to serve to the enterprise informatization and the competitive power, which can arouse the enterprise´s enthusiasm about informatization. Certainly, not all the aspects of enterprise informatization have been reflected in the index system. Moreover, the index system also has time constraint, because the contents and characteristics of enterprise informatization are gradually changed. In addition, each enterprise has its own emphasis on informatization because of its scales, industries, organization structures and so on. In a word, the index system is just a basic reference for the enterprise.
