Abstract :
We present a display-driver IC embedding a capacitive-touch-screen controller. It is designed to operate with conventional overlay-type and on-cell touch display panels. The IC exhibits performance of 40 ms latency and 120 Hz update rate within ±0.5 mm jitter. It has been evaluated on a 16.7 M-color wQVGA AMOLED panel with on-cell touch screen.
