Abstract :
The rotor system is the most important part for helicopter, the helicopter flight quality depends tightly on the rotor blade. The parameters of primary standard rotor bland had been identified by analyzing its parameters systematically basing on dynamic balance test. A new method is proposed to calibrate the parameters of primary standard rotor blade with designing series of calibration equipments. Some of verification test and simulation results indicate that the method is valid, the uncertainty of measurement accord with the technical requirements. It can solve the calibration problem of standard rotor blade, finish the metrological transfer process, and maintain the consistency and stability of helicopter rotor blades.
